Song Yoon Ah Responds To Persistent Malicious Comments Calling Her An Adulteress

Actress Song Yoon Ah has spoken up about persistent malicious comments accusing her of being an adulteress.

On September 7, Song Yoon Ah uploaded onto her Instagram a screen capture of some comments posted by netizens in response to what looks like news of her being cast as a villain in upcoming tvN drama “The K2.”

One comment reads, “Usually when you watch a drama, the most villainous role of them all is not the tyrant, gangster, or traitor, but it’s by far the adulteress…”

Another commenter writes, “To the public, isn’t she already a wicked woman?? [Her being cast in this role] is not hard to adjust to at all.”

The third comment included in the screen capture reads, “Next time, you should play the role of the woman who kicks out a man’s good old wife and takes her place.. I think the acting will come out so naturally.. You’ll surely win an award at the end of the year for your natural acting…”

Song Yoon Ah speaks out against the malicious comments in her Instagram post, writing, “I sometimes have this thought, ‘If I really was a woman that lived this kind of life, as these people say I did and are so positive about, how would my life look…’ I wish you would just stop now…”

The actress continues, “The fact that I’ve never with my own mouth denied [the truth of the rumors]… It’s because I thought everything happened for a reason in this life, so I didn’t even ask for your understanding…”

“Okay~ Just as I have lived until now, I will continue to live virtuously all the more.. At the very least, I think I lived my life knowing what one should and should not do as a human being… And that’s how I want to live…” Song Yoon Ah writes.

She concludes saying, “Phew~ What was meant to be just a concise one-liner… ㅜㅜ Have a wonderful evening everyone?.”

Since her marriage to actor Sol Kyung Gu in 2009, Song Yoon Ah has dealt with malicious rumors calling her an adulteress and claiming that her relationship with Sol Kyung Gu started out as an affair when the actor was still married to his first wife.

Meanwhile, Song Yoon Ah is slated to star in upcoming Friday-Saturday tvN drama “The K2,” which will air its first episode on September 23.
