Goo Hara Supports Former Bandmate Kang Ji Young At Her Newest Musical

They may not be promoting together in the same group anymore, but the friendship between the former KARA members continues regardless.

On September 23, Kang Ji Young shared a heart-warming and adorable snapshot of herself and Goo Hara.

She also includes a caption that says, “Yay!!! Hara-unni came to see the first performance today! Thank you so much unni.”

Kang Ji Young is currently starring as the leading role in “Sweet Charity,” a Broadway musical that tells the tale of a dancer-for-hire. During the press conference for the musical on September 7, the former idol expressed her happiness in being able to take part in a musical so soon, and revealed that it’s been a dream of hers ever since she started acting.

Since her departure from KARA in 2014, Kang Ji Young has been making a name for herself in Japan as an actress. Meanwhile, Goo Hara signed with Keyeast Entertainment earlier this year and is currently pursing a career as an actress in Korea and singer in Japan.
