Ji Chang Wook Reveals The Most Satisfying Gift He Gave To His Mom

On a recent episode of tvN’s “Taxi,” Ji Chang Wook and Girls’ Generation’s YoonA appeared as guests to promote their new drama “The K2”!

During the episode, Ji Chang Wook mentions his family’s financial situation, saying, “My family’s situation was such that we couldn’t generously provide for ourselves. I had no abilities or money. My mom worked hard in a restaurant and was also sick.”

MC Lee Young Ja then asks, “What was the most satisfying gift that you gave to your mother?” to which Ji Chang Wook responds, “My mom loves cash the most. I was the most satisfied with myself when I paid back the debt that our family owed with my own earned cash. It had meaning.”

Ji Chang Wook and YoonA are currently starring in the tvN action drama “The K2,” which airs weekly on Fridays and Saturdays.
