BEAST's Yong Junhyung To Host New "Hitmaker" Season With Jung Hyung Don

MBC’s “Hitmaker” is coming back for a new season with some changes to its cast.

On October 25, a source from the show revealed that MC Jung Hyung Don will be joined by BEAST’s Yong Jun Hyung for the upcoming season. Together with N.Flying’s Cha Hoon, Jung Hyung Don and Yong Jun Hyung are headed to Dublin, Ireland to stage a performance. Further information as to what kind of performance it will be is still under wraps.

Jung Hyung Don’s former co-host Defconn will no longer be participating in the new season of “Hitmaker.” The source explained that Defconn is leaving as a result of further changes in the show’s format, which, unlike its last season, will no longer be about forming a project idol group.

The first two seasons of “Hitmaker,” which created project groups Big Byung and Chamsonyeo, were broadcast through summer and winter of 2014. The next season premieres this November.
