Kim Heechul Tries To Cast Taeyeon And Seolhyun For MV With Min Kyung Hoon + Taeyeon Offers A Hilarious Alternative

The music video for Kim Heechul and Min Kyung Hoon’s new duet track features TWICE’s Momo in a complicated love triangle with the two friends. The girl protagonist role, however, could have been another idol star.

The November 19 episode of JTBC’s “Ask Us Anything” chronicled Kim Heechul and Min Kyung Hoon trying their best to cast a girl for the music video. As Kim Heechul called Red Velvet’s Joy and Girls’ Generation leader Taeyeon, Min Kyung Hoon cannot hide his jealousy as he wondered, “That phone has all of their contact information in it?”

Kim Heechul managed to get a hold of Taeyeon and he could not hide his happiness that she answered the phone. He tried to ask Taeyeon to come on their video, complaining that the writers for the show kept suggesting that he and Min Kyung Hoon cross-dress. Taeyeon jokingly replied, “The two of you look pretty so I think it’ll be nice if you two did everything.”

Kim Heechul then video-called AOA’s Seolhyun and Hyejeong, as Min Kyung Hoon was again amazed that he is able to contact such stars through the phone, especially since AOA was in Osaka, Japan at the time. Unfortunately, their schedules don’t work out and he was unable to cast them again.

Luckily for the guys, they received word that TWICE’s Momo, who they had also asked, was able to adjust her busy schedule in the midst of TWICE’s promotions, and star in the video for them.
