Crayon Pop's Soyul Addresses Rumors Of Shotgun Marriage To Moon Hee Jun
Crayon Pop’s Soyul firmly denies rumors that her upcoming marriage to H.O.T’s Moon Hee Jun is a shotgun marriage.
On November 24, her agency Chrome Entertainment reiterated that the marriage announcement was true, but that the decision to marry was not made because of any extenuating circumstances.
The Crayon Pop member also personally left a post on the group’s fan cafe, addressing her engagement. After a warm and thoughtful greeting to her fans, she wrote, “You all must have been very surprised…I am also extremely nervous right now. I met and will be getting married to someone I love who wholeheartedly cherishes me and loves me unconditionally.”
She said that she hopes that everyone will still support and congratulate her despite the sudden nature of the announcement, and that it was a choice they carefully made after much consideration.
While the idol is currently on a hiatus from activities due to anxiety, Soyul reassured fans that her marriage does not mean she’ll retire from the industry, and promised to return, better and improved.
Meanwhile, Moon Hee Jun and Soyul will be marrying in February of next year.
