"Romantic Doctor Kim" May Be Extended

SBS’s “Romantic Doctor Kim” may be extended.

According to sources on December 21, the writer, actors, and staff are thinking of adding one more episode to the original 20-episode drama.

This is because SBS will be airing “2016 SAF Gayo Daejun” instead of “Romantic Doctor Kim” on December 26 and the drama will be delayed one episode. To end the drama on a Tuesday like it was originally planned, the staff and cast are debating a possible one-episode extension.

The extension is also favorable since the drama is receiving lots of love from the public.

A source stated, “It’s not confirmed yet. We’re still discussing the matter.”

“Romantic Doctor Kim” has currently surpassed 20 percent in viewership ratings, making it number one compared to other Monday-Tuesday dramas.
