Kim Hyun Joong's Ex-Girlfriend Indicted On Charges Of Fraud And Libel
The prosecution has revealed that they have indicted Kim Hyun Joong’s former girlfriend on January 6.
The previous nonindictment ruling has been overturned and his ex-girlfriend has been indicted on charges of fraud and libel. The prosecution has revealed that the ex-girlfriend submitted false evidence when she claimed she suffered from miscarriages because of Kim Hyun Joong.
They revealed that she manipulated evidence including omitting contents from various chat messages. Also, his ex-girlfriend has been revealed to not have been pregnant during the time she claimed that he pressured her to get an abortion.
The prosecution’s findings revealed that the ex-girlfriend manipulated evidence on purpose and defamed Kim Hyun Joong in order to file the lawsuit for compensation for damages.
The first trial for the charges of libel and fraud is set to take place on March 30. Kim Hyun Joong will be discharged from the army on February 11.
