GOT7 Breaks Previous Album Sales Record With "Flight Log: Arrival"
GOT7 has broken their personal record once again!
As recorded on Gaon Chart, their newest album “Flight Log: Arrival” surpassed 300,000 copies on April 12 and 310,000 by April 14.
Exceeding the total sales of 230,000 copies for their previous album “Flight Log: Turbulence,” GOT7’s rising popularity is being proven with each new release.
“Flight Log: Arrival” has shown great success since its release, with album pre-orders reaching 220,000 copies and first place on Hanteo, Synnara Records, and Hot Tracks weekly album charts. The first week album sales were 159,486 according to Hanteo, placing GOT7 in third place as the artist with the highest first week album sales. In addition, “Flight Log: Arrival” placed first on Gaon and Hanteo’s album charts for March.
Their popularity was also shown overseas, with the album placing first on Billboard’s World Album Chart and on iTunes charts in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Meanwhile, GOT7 is releasing their fourth Japanese single “My Swagger” on May 24 and holding showcase tour “Meet Me” in six cities starting on May 5. They will also hold a special arena concert in June at Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Tokyo.
