Shin Se Kyung Flaunts Shorter Hairstyle For First Time In Years
There are some people who can pull off any look, and Shin Se Kyung might just be one of them!
On May 20, Shin Se Kyung uploaded two selfies of a surprising new hairstyle on Instagram. Contrary to her signature long locks, her hair appears to lie just above her shoulders in the photos.
After discussion with staff of her upcoming drama “Bride of the Water God 2017” (tentative title), she made the transformation for her character So Ah, an active and practical neuropsychiatrist.
A source from Shin Se Kyung’s agency commented, “Her current hairstyle is a little shorter than in the photos, so it is closer to a bob length. She has become completely immersed in her character So Ah and has displays a lot of affection for her.”
“Bride of the Water God 2017” is a fantasy romantic comedy based on a Korean manhwa of the same name. Also starring Nam Joo Hyuk, Gong Myung, and f(x)’s Krystal, the drama will air via tvN after the conclusion of “Circle” in July.
