Park Min Young Jokes She's Lived An Entire Second Life Through Her Dramas
Park Min Young appeared on KBS 2TV’s “Entertainment Weekly” on May 20 and looked back on her career.
The actress said, “It’s been 11 years since I started acting. Through my roles, I went to high school (‘I Am Sam‘), I went to college (‘Sungkyunkwan Scandal‘), and I’ve been a working woman (‘Glory Jane‘ and ‘Healer‘).”
She also added, “And now, I’ll be getting married (‘Queen for 7 days’). Looking back on my projects is like looking back on an entire life. It shows me how hard I’ve worked every year.”
On her upcoming drama “Queen for 7 Days,” Park Min Young said, “You could think of it as ‘Moonlight Drawn by Clouds‘ five years later. I’ll be in a love triangle with Lee Dong Gun and Yeon Woo Jin.”
She also praised her co-star Lee Dong Gun and added, “He’s very nice. He’s always very soft-spoken and kind whenever he talks to me.”
“Queen for 7 Days” is KBS 2TV’s new historical romance drama that follows the story of Queen Dangyeong, who was on the throne for the shortest amount of time in the Joseon Era. The first episode will air on May 31.
