Korean Stars Commemorate Memorial Day
June 6 is South Korea’s Memorial Day. The day commemorates the men and women who died while in military service during the Korean War. Since 1956, a memorial ceremony is held at the National Cemetery in Seoul and South Korean flags are flown at half-mast.
Korean stars have taken to social media to commemorate the the day as well. Most stars posted photos of the South Korean flag and some even drew flags themselves.
