Jung Yoo Mi Considering Role In Hit Writer's Upcoming Drama

Jung Yoo Mi might become the lead actress in hit writer Noh Hee Kyung’s next drama.

On June 13, a source from Jung Yoo Mi’s agency said, “Jung Yoo Mi received a casting offer for the drama ‘Live’ (tentative title) and is looking over it.”

“Live” is a drama that portrays grassroots democracy through police and its anthem of splendid justice. The drama aims for viewers who have already become adults to find themselves. Writer Noh Hee Kyung is currently penning the drama with a broadcast date for early 2018 in mind. Noh Hee Kyung is the writer behind popular dramas like “Worlds Within,” “Padam Padam,” “It’s Okay, That’s Love,” and “That Winter, the Wind Blows.” Furthermore, the project will be helmed by director Kim Kyu Tae.

Jung Yoo Mi and Noh Hee Kyung previously worked together in 2014 through KBS2’s “Discovery of Love.” The specific broadcasting date and station for “Live” have yet to be determined.
