[Recap] City Hunter Episode 9

Whew this episode wasn’t action-packed but the drama was intense! For me, each episode just gets better and better, juicy dialogue and the developing plot is making me come back for more! Of course, this is also being reflected by the ratings. We have a lot of ground to cover because like almost every City Hunter episode so far, this one is also jam-packed with so many things going on! Now, let’s move on to the recap!

City Hunter Episode 9 Preview

Here is a translation about the preview clip for episode 9 of City Hunter. Here is the basic translation for what is being said: Yoon Sung is Lee Min Ho’s character. JP is the father of Yoon Sung. Yoon Sung (Lee Min Ho): Don’t meddle with the people I consider important, I am going to protect them. JP: Even if you say you will go to war with me…

[Recap] City Hunter Episode 8

Phew! Now we get to see what happens after that cliffhanger ending. The last episode was a good mixture of drama, romance and action. Episode 8 was more comic, romance, and action? Haha put in simpler terms this episode made me laugh out loud a lot more than the last one. Also, I know we kind of decided not to compare this to the original manga, but I couldn’t help but think that Episode 7 and Episode 8 felt like I was watching/reading a "comic" for some reason. This will be discussed in more detail through the "analysis" section.

[Recap] City Hunter Episode 7

Ahh!!! this episode was very exciting and had me smilling through and through. The episode had drama/romance/action, can never go wrong with a combination like that. But like I said before, this episode was jam-packed with scenes, @_@ really I am amazed at how much story they put in each and every episode.

[Recap] City Hunter Episode 6

Nana is upset that Yoon Sung has bought Nana’s apartment. Nana assumes that Yoon Sung did this in order to make her upset and show off how much money he has. (A bit of a stretch but of course, Nana doesn’t know what Yoon Sung has been up to, or his real side yet) Yoon Sung then begins to talk about how it was an investment opportunity, he probably wasn’t going to do this but he can’t let down his pride.

[Recap] City Hunter Episode 5

This episode of City Hunter once again felt like two or three episodes jampacked into one. The episode basically continued to answer some questions we had about the characters and developed them more. We also start to see some other love lines forming (^_^). Anyways, due to the number of views/commnets being focused on the second part of the episode recap per week, I’ll save my analysis for the recap that will go up on fridays. (Korean Time) Now let’s get back to City Hunter, I hope you enjoy! 🙂
