CN Blue to Make Major Debut in Japan with Warner Music Japan
After working for years as indie artists in Japan, CN Blue have finally caught their biggest break, as they’ll be making their first major debut in the Japanese music industry through Warner Music Japan.
“CN Blue has contracted with Warner Music Japan and will be preparing for their official debut. They’ll be holding a press conference regarding their debut as well as film for their music video soon,” officials of FNC Music revealed.
For the past three years, they’ve promoted as an indie band and have opened at least 100 different streetside performances. They gathered a strong fanbase through their nationwide tour, “CN Blue Zepp Tour 2011” and even sold out Fuji TV‘s live music program, “Mezamashi Live,” in just a minute.
“It feels like it was only yesterday that they were promoting as an indie band in Japan. It’s glad to hear that they’re finally making an official debut. They’re determined to show good music,” officials added.
