Jinwoon Releases "Jinwoon's Diary #4" + Free DL for New Song

On July 24th, the fourth episode of “Jinwoon’s Diary” was released on Big Hit Entertainment’s YouTube Channel. These video diaries are part of 2AM Jinwoon’s preparation for his solo rock album. We previously posted about “JinWoon’s Diary #3” here. In the previous episode, Jinwoon is seen working with Korean rock singer Yoon Do Hyun, as he has been revealed to be Jinwoon’s recording director.

The title of this diary is “Michael & James Video Mixing” and is narrated by Jinwoon himself. It shows him, PD Bang and the staff having a video conference in English with two people named Michael and James.

For JinWoon’s album, he works with the best mix engineer in the industry. Michael Brauer is a New York-based mixer whose credits encompass a wide-range of genres, including works with The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Paul McCartney, Coldplay, My Morning Jacket, Ben Folds and John Mayer. Another person is James Brown who was Ex-Chief Engineer at RAK Studios in London and a recording engineer and mixer, working with bands as diverse as U2, Foo Fighters and the Arctic Monkeys.

They also wished success for Jin Woon. From Michael, “Good luck but I dont think you need the luck” while James said, “Best of luck.. you wont need any luck.. it’s gonna be a huge success.” Working with the best people in industry from Korea and US for the album is making fans anxious to listen to Jin Woon’s new song.

It also has been revealed through 2AM’s Official Twitter that, “11PM Tonight, Jinwoon’s 1st song ‘Ra Ra Ra’ will be released through www.jeongjinwoon.com for 24hours only . You can download his song for free!“
